Let the rain kiss you.
Let the rain beat upon your head with silver liquid drops.
Let the rain sing you a lullaby.
~Langston Hughes
The morning was dark and cloudy, warm and muggy, all at the same time. It began to sprinkle and then gave way to a heavy downpour, leaving a large puddle in our yard. It cleared up and the sun came out. So, out to play we went.
My son had a fine time with his boats.
Of course, Max had to have his say in it too.
Sunshine is delicious,
rain is refreshing,
wind braces us up,
snow is exhilarating;
there is really no such thing as bad weather,
only different kinds of good weather.
~John Ruskin
